Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund within 14 days and exchange for store credit within 21 days of ship date of original purchase.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless deemed defective by our Lester's product specialist. Items returned are subject to a returns processing fee. No returns or exchanges are available after the 21 day time period. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.

All shoe returns must be unworn and in original shoe box packaging for a refund or exchange to be issued.

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Lesters.com purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and package, prepaid and insured to: Lesters.com, ATTN: Returns, 1111 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY 11223 Sale and online clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.
