Membership and General Terms & Conditions

• The Lester's Loyalty program is sponsored by Lester's. By becoming a member of the Loyalty program, members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Lester's except where expressly disallowed as a profile preference. The Lester's logo, Lester's Loyalty logo and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Lester's. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
• Lester's Loyalty program membership ("Membership") is open to individuals of at least 13 years of age. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for membership. Employees of Lester's, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible for this Membership.
• Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future program rules. Membership is valid only at Lester's.com. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new account is created. Lester's may change the Lester's Loyalty rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Lester's may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
• Lester's may, at any time, terminate or modify the Lester's Loyalty program and program rules without any further obligations to members.
• Abuse of the Lester's Loyalty program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward credits, product, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Lester's in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward credits, and termination of the business relationship with Lester's. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing Lester's Loyalty program, Lester's reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.
• Lester's reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Lester's shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
• As a condition of membership, Lester's Loyalty members may receive print/electronic point statements, Lester's Loyalty updates and other related materials at the discretion of Lester's. Lester's reserves the right to cease mailing or emailing of Lester's Loyalty updates and related materials to any Lester's Loyalty member.
• A member can view his or her account activity online at Lester's.com. • Lester's reserves the right to make Lester's Loyalty points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
• A member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying Lester's Customer Service by mail, email or telephone. Lester's, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual Membership.
• If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a Lester's Loyalty member's account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
• Privacy Policy: The information provided by the member will be handled according to the Lester's Privacy Policy. If a member is interested in learning more about Lester's privacy practices, please visit lesters.com and click on the Privacy & Security Policy link in the bottom navigation bar.

Earning Points

• As a member of Lester's Loyalty, members earn points for every $1 spent on any eligible product purchase.
• Points will post to member's account within approximately 24-48 hours from in-store purchase or date of shipment. No adjustments to member's account ("Account") will be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date.
• Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any dollars spent on sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, rebates applied at the time of purchase, the dollar amount of available mail-in rebates at the time of purchase of any product or service, the dollar amount of the purchase of Gift Cards and eGift Cards, the dollar amount of any Gift Card offer with purchase, or other excluded charges.
• Members do not earn points for the amount of any reward credits ("Credits") redeemed or discounts applied. When members return products by mail, points previously posted to member's account for that purchase will be deducted from member's account. Other exclusions may apply.
• Lester's is not responsible for communications, including Credits, lost due to change of address or other contact information. Points that remain on member's account expire and are forfeited if the program is terminated. In the event that a member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Credit(s), the Credit(s) used in connection with such a purchase shall not be reissued, and no points representing such Credit(s) shall be reissued to such member's account.
• Lester's Loyalty points are valid for two years from date of posting to the member's account. Lester's reserves the right to change Lester's Loyalty program at any time without notice, including imposition of new point expiration dates.
• All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Lester's Loyalty program. Lester's has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for Lester's Loyalty.
• Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Lester's Loyalty members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a member's estate, and may not pass to members' successors and assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. Accrued points are not transferable by the member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise.

Rewards

• For every 500 points members earn in the Lester's Loyalty program, members will be eligible to receive a reward credit ("Credit") redeemable for $25 off the purchase of any eligible products or services online store. Reward credits will be automatically emailed to Lester's Loyalty members. 500 points are automatically deducted from member's account for every $25 Credit issued to members. Credits will be delivered 3-4 weeks after member becomes eligible to receive Credits.
• Credits are valid for 180 days from date of issue. Lester's reserves the right to change Lester's Loyalty at any time without notice, including imposition of new credit expiration dates.
• Members in good standing may earn up to a maximum of 50 credits per year.
• Credits may be used in conjunction with other Credits and most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. Some exclusions may apply and there is a limit of up to three (3) Credits/discounts/offers per transaction. No photocopies or facsimiles accepted.
  • Credits are not valid on prior purchases, certain products and services, purchase of Lester's Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards, or for tax or state fees. Credits are not redeemable for cash and no change/currency will be given for credit redemption. Members may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions may apply. Lost, stolen, or expired Credits will not be replaced.
• Credits are not transferable and may not be combined among Lester's Loyalty members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a member's estate, and may not pass to members' successors and assigns. Reward credits do not constitute property of the member. Credits are not transferable by the member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise.
