Can you email me my Rewards credit?
The only way to receive your Rewards credit is through the email, so be sure your email address is up-to-date in Your Account.

Do points ever expire?
Yes. Unredeemed points expire 24 months after they are earned. They will then be deducted from your balance. We will notify you by email prior to expiration.

How many points do I have?
By creating an online account you can check your points balance as often as you'd like. Log in or create an account here. You can also find out how many points you have by contacting Customer Service at 877-5LESTER (877-553-7837), or by email us at customerservice@lestersnyc.com.

Once I've earned enough points, how long will it take to receive my Rewards credit?
Rewards credits are issued once you accumulate the requisite number of Loyalty Points. If you qualify for Rewards Credits, then you will receive an email indicating how many Rewards Credits you have earned.

What is Lester’s Loyalty Rewards?
Lester's Loyalty Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows members to earn points with every purchase. Earn enough points and you'll get a Lester's Loyalty Rewards credit for $25 off your next online purchase. You can read more about the Program in our Loyalty Program page.

What is my Lester’s Loyalty Rewards account number?

When I return my purchase do I get my credit back?
If you exchange an item within the specified timeframe for exchanges, your Rewards credit is still valid for the item you've exchanged. Unfortunately, if you are only making a return, your credit will no longer be valid.

Purchasing & Shipping

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you use the Lesters.com checkout, you'll be provided with the complete order total. This is the exact amount you'll be billed. There will be no additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges. Please note: Lesters.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order you should contact Customer Service at 877-5LESTER (877-553-7837).

Can I place an order to ship to multiple addresses?
No. When you need to ship to multiple locations then you will need to place separate orders.

Can my orders be delivered internationally?
Unfortunately, Lester's does not ship for international deliveries. Lester's shipping policy extends only to the United States.

How can I track my order?
All orders are mailed via UPS. UPS will provide a tracking number for your package. Simply follow the Order Tracking link in your purchase confirmation email.

How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your Shopping Bag and begin the checkout process. Lesters.com will calculate and display an order total, including all shipping costs to your selected destination, as well as applicable sales tax.

Can I exchange an E-Gift Card or Store Gift Card for cash?
A Lester's E-Gift Card or Store Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law.

Can I use my Lester's E-Gift Card at a store, or my Store Gift Card on Lesters.com?
A Lester's E-Gift Card can only be used at Lesters.com. A Lester's Store Gift Card can be used only at Lester's Stores.

How do I check the balance on a gift card?
Go to our Gift Card page and enter your card number to check the balance, or contact Customer Service at 877-5LESTER (877-553-7837).

What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If lost or stolen, a Lester's E-Gift Card or Store Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the value of a Lester's E-Gift Card or Store Gift Card at the time you report the loss or theft.

When does my E-Gift Card or Store Gift Card expire?
Lester's E-Gift Cards and Store Gift Cards have no expiration date.

How do I create a gift registry?
To create a registry, all you need is a Lester's account (Log in or Register here). Registries can be created up to 6 months before the event and can have both a sponsor and co-sponsor.

How do I find a Gift Registry?
You can search for a public gift registry using our Find Registry feature.

How do I make a registry "public" or "private?"
You can choose whether your registry is private or public within the registry settings in Your Account.

How do I remove a registry?
You can delete a registry at any time. A registry is only valid for as long as there are in-stock items available. We never remove registries (even after the event date) unless the registry no longer has any available items that can be purchased, in which case the registry will be deleted.

What is a gift registry for?
A gift registry is a great way to let people know exactly what you or your child would like as a gift from Lester's. You can create gift registries for all types of events (a birthday party, baby's shower, Christmas wishlist, etc.).
